Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Sushi Chef in a Japanese Restaurant
Extensive knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and presentation.
Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Creativity and passion for experimenting with flavors and textures.
