Job Purpose
The Product Manager will be responsible for spearheading business growth initiatives and drive the operations of our outbound marketing activities. This entails taking the helm in assessing and guiding the market profile of our outbound marketing endeavors. This role will work together with the Marketing Manager to drive the development and meticulous execution of strategies specifically tailored for KARL STORZ’s endoscopy business in the Southeast Asia and Taiwan region. This role demands strategic foresight, adept market evaluation, and an unwavering commitment to position our company as a key player in these dynamic and promising markets to strengthen our brand and boost sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the marketing review in gathering market intelligence and insights, competitive developments and clinical trends.
- Analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving medical technology sector.
- Collaborate with Global and Regional teams to develop and execute strategic plans and forecasts aligned with overall sales targets and business needs.
- Implement data-driven strategies to capitalize on market trends, ensuring a proactive and adaptive approach to business development.
- Support the business in planning and execution of Product launches, medical tradeshows/workshops and other online and offline marketing activities.
- Collaborate with local Sales and Marketing teams in planning product launches, medical tradeshows/workshops, and other online and offline marketing activities.
- Create and update campaigns logs inthe CRM system.
- Develop clinical techniques and knowledge which supports identified product mix and strategies.
- Train and develop clinical and product knowledge of sales teams.
- Build new and maintain regional KOL/DOL to advocate KARL STORZ brand.

Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent
- Proficiency in German language will be a large advantage due to frequent liaison with headquarter teams.
- Minimum 3 years in a global or regional marketing role in a Multinational Company
- Solid experience in end-to-end product management of medical devices
- Experience with regional Key Account Management and network building
- Able to communicate well, listen and provide workable solutions to facilitate work, overcome constraints and solve problems
- Ability to impart product, sales/marketing knowledge, business knowledge, to sales staff and support staff through regular training, motivating, counselling, mentoring, etc.
- Strong organization skill, self-starter, self- motivator, independent and an achiever. At the same time, is also an excellent team player and able to work very well and co- operatively with different departments with a deep understanding of team dynamics.
- Able to assist in creating and maintaining a harmonious and excellent work environment for fellow colleagues to work in.
- Ability to travel within the Southeast Asia and Taiwan region (30%)
