# Customer Service:
- Greet and seat guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous manner.
# Table Maintenance:
- Set up and maintain clean and organized dining areas.
- Monitor and replenish table supplies as needed.
- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area.
# Order Coordination:
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Communicate effectively with team members to streamline service flow.
# Payment Handling:
- Process customer payments and provide accurate change.
- Handle cash and electronic transactions securely.
# Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with fellow waitstaff and kitchen team.
- Assist colleagues during peak hours to ensure smooth service.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. 3 Hours break in between shift.
