Campus Recruitment & Partnerships
- Partner closely with our Talent Care Partners and Hiring Managers to develop an understanding of the business need and to identify and implement effective non-traditional talent pipeline (i.e. internships, graduate programmes, mid-career switch, government programmes).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions (universities, polytechnics, ITEs, etc.) career offices, faculty members, student clubs and external professional bodies.
- Project manage and represent MWS at campus & partners recruitment events, including career fairs, recruitment talks and open houses.
- Design and develop job advertisements for attractive potential students and candidates; posting it on institution’s online portal or alumni communities.
- Manage the application through to offer stage for various recruitment campaigns during the year; including screening resumes, conducting interviews and performing skills assessment tests where required.
- Identify opportunities and executive projects for enhancing both student and hiring manager experience.
Employer Branding
- Assist the Senior Manager and in partnership with the Communications team in developing a robust recruitment marketing strategy by applying best practices and approaches in brand marketing, digital media and communications.
- Promote and communicate the employee value proposition through various platforms and channels.
- Build talent pipelines to ensure a suitable mix of channels (social media, recruiting events, partnerships) are available to attract the best talent.
Talent Acquisition
Support the Talent Acquisition team in the full recruitment cycle as and when required.
Requirements:
- Min Degree/Diploma in Human Resources
- Min 1 year of campus recruitment experience
