Job Description
- Report to the Project Manager / Site Manager for arrangement of site work
- Coordinate and oversee all Structural / Architectural works on site
- Monitor and coordinate the works with subcontractors and handling suppliers and sub-contractors problem on site
- Coordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of works
- Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site
- Liaison with client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work
- Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Civil Engineering or Building Architecture
- Min 3 years of local working experience in residential building projects
- Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment and Safety aspects in the construction industry
