Bank Customer Engagement Officer (Telesales)
1 Year Renewable Contract
Salary: Up to $2,500 basic salary (based on experience) + Commission
Working Location: Novena
Working Hours: 9 AM - 6:30 PM, Mon - Fri
Job Description
- To handle customer’s queries such as Penalty Fees, Annual Fees or Banking needs and the ability to cross sell Unsecured Retail Banking Products through Inbound Calls and Outbound Calls.
- To achieve Daily / Weekly / Monthly Sales Target
- To follow up on income documents and any other relevant documents required for application submission.
Job Requirements
- GCE 'N' Level & above
- Able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated to have a career in Banking Sales
