Job Details:
- Working Location: Plaza Singapura
- Working Hour: Single shift from 10.30am to 9.30pm
- Working Days: 4 days per week (2 weekday + 2 weekend - both Sat & Sun); remarks: there will be 1 day weekend off per month, either Sat or Sun - according to roster
- Contract: 1 year (renewable)
- Completion bonus up to 1 month’s salary
Responsibilities:
- Provide sales support administrative as Customer Relations Officer
- Handle all operational matters and work closely with sales team to ensure fulfilment of sales.
- Generate Sales Order upon completion of sales for call centre and online orders
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Arrange and update appointments for commercial customers, and liaise with the Commercial team
- Ensure adequate support and timely coordination with interdepartmental colleagues e.g Finance, showroom matters
- Ensure upkeeping and accuracy of all administrative duties, including managing of online store records, documentation etc
- Other duties assigned by Supervisor
