Roles & Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing purchase strategies.
  • Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff and allocate tastes.
  • Manage supplier relations and negotiating contacts, prices, timeline & acts.
  • Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
  • Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs, based on the safe stock level that have been set and also alert on high level inventory together with slow moving stock.
  • Prepare cost estimates and manage budgets.
  • Working to improve purchasing system processes.
  • Any other Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Preferable candidate possess at least Degree in Procurement Management
  • At least 5 or more years of experience in Procurement
  • Good working attitude
  • Knowledge SAP is an advantage
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:30pm
  • Singaporean only may apply
