Responsibilities:
• Manage social media marketing efforts, including content creation and scheduling.
• Utilize Canva tool for graphic design tasks, creating visually appealing materials for
various purposes.
• Provide comprehensive personal assistance to the employer, including managing
appointments and scheduling.
• Handle phone calls and correspondence
• Maintain and organize office documents using Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word,
and PowerPoint.
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience in social media marketing and content creation.
Graphic design skills using Canva preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
