Responsibilities:
- HR System support (MyHR, HRcube) and HR data reporting
- Support HR data transition to MyHR including maintain employee p-files
- Manage HR shared folder
- Support headcount and budget tracking
- Coding sheets
- Assist in the review and development of various HR policies and HR workflows
- Onboarding (new hire information on payroll file) and offboarding and letter preparation including but not limited to i.e resignation acknowledgement, employment certificate), account creation for temp staff
- Support and participate in HR and engagement initiative
- Assist in temp. recruitment activities including raising job postings, scheduling, sourcing of resumes and phone screenings
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma with at least 1 year of HR experience
- Good experience in using HR software
- Strong in MS Excel (i.e. Pivot Table and V Look Up)
