Job Description
Responsibilities
· Provide administrative support for operation department.
· Issuing delivery order and service order.
· Arrange delivery schedule
· Arrange maintenance schedule
· Manage Accounts Receivable functions
· General AR invoice and follow-up collection.
· Maintain accounting department and records, ensuring all files are up to date.
· Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the computerized accounting system.
· Assist in daily admin department operations.
· Ad-hoc tasks as per assigned.
Requirements
· Candidate must possess at least Certificate in accounting.
· Minimum 1 year accounting and administrative experience.
· Must have basic computer knowledge.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Fast learner and positive thinking.
· Initiative, hardworking and willing to learn.
· Able to adapt in multi-tasking environment.
· Able to work independently.
· Ability in written, oral & work as a team member.
· Initiative, hardworking and willing to learn.
