Responsibilities:

Outreach and Public Education

  • Attend to clients’ queries (including but not limited to phone calls, and emails)
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to follow up on their interest in the Company’s services
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients with case managers
  • Assist in the planning, coordinating and organizing of community engagement events/activities
  • Manage and maintain leads database
  • Manage Community Engagement Calendar
  • Perform general administrative duties and generate reports
  • Maintain and grow networks/partnerships with a diverse group of stakeholders including government agencies, academic institutions, social services agencies and Special Interest Groups.
  • Ensure smooth implementation, develop publicity material, manage vendors, and evaluate effectiveness of engagement and outreach programmes.

Corporate Communications

  • Provide support in developing outreach and corporate communication materials (e.g. brochures, publicity video/materials, annual reports, human interest stories etc.)
  • Assist in updating and producing content for the Company’s website and social media (e.g. Facebook etc.)

Others

  • Provide support in fundraising events
  • Undertake and perform other tasks and duties as assigned based on the Company's need

Requirements:

  • A self-starter and a good team player
  • Effective written and verbal communication skill
  • Service oriented with effective interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe suite
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good analytical and planning skills – able to multi-task and manage priorities
  • Able to work independently and thrives in a dynamic environment
  • Resourceful and ability to multi-task effectively
  • Willing to work after office hours and during weekends when required

Diploma in any disciplines, fresh diploma graduates may be considered
