Retail Sales Associate - Little India
Working Hours- 10.30am to 8pm (Monday to Saturday)
Job Description
- Understand customers preferences and introduce products to facilitate customer buying decision
- Report the sold stock in the section for reordering to the sales manager for timely stock replenishment
- Transfer the stock to the locker at the close of the day; maintain safety of jewellery displayed to customers and communicate promptly to the superiors about any potential theft
- Understand the queries and complaints from the customer and address with right solutions
- Assist in photo taking and coming up with ideas for marketing products in social media platforms
Job Requirements
- Good team player
- Friendly, motivated and approachable
- Able to speak Mandarin and English to communicate with China counterparts
- Enjoy customer service
