Job responsibilities

  • Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Maintain warm relationships with assigned accounts and new account acquisition.
  • Proper qualification of leads and able to provide accurate report on opportunities.
  • Conduct market research into accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Able to sell and upsell Cloud and Data Center Solutions and value proposition to both new and existing customers.
  • Acquired understanding of market segmentation, develop, and execute Go-To-Market
  • Strategy for assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate between different functional teams and serve as the point of contact for customers and vendors.
  • Always maintain good customer and partner relationships.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales goals by managing individual sales activity.
  • Accurately track and generate timely sales report for presentation to management.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

  • Strong track record of selling to Public Sector entities in Singapore directly.
  • Proven experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Relevant work experience as a sales team lead or sales director
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Bachelor degree or Equivalent
