Responsibilities:
• Assist doctors in the consultation room
• Prepare examination rooms and assist healthcare providers during patient visits.
• Escort patients to treatment areas and ensure they are comfortable and prepared.
• Assist with basic medical procedures and perform routine tasks as directed.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment.
• Stock and replenish supplies in examination rooms and common areas.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to address facility-related issues promptly.
• Collaborate effectively with clinic staff and healthcare providers.
• Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication.
• Assist with patient registration, insurance verification, and billing processes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
Job requirements:
No experience needed as training will be provided!!
