Job responsibilities
- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Maintain warm relationships with assigned accounts and new account acquisition.
- Proper qualification of leads and able to provide accurate report on opportunities.
- Conduct market research into accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Able to sell and upsell Cloud and Data Center Solutions and value proposition to both new and existing customers.
- Acquired understanding of market segmentation, develop, and execute Go-To-Market
- Strategy for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate between different functional teams and serve as the point of contact for customers and vendors.
- Always maintain good customer and partner relationships.
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales goals by managing individual sales activity.
- Accurately track and generate timely sales report for presentation to management.
- Any other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Strong Network in the Manufacturing, Logistics and/Or BFSI vertical
- Proven experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Relevant work experience as a sales team lead or sales director
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Bachelor degree or Equivalent
