Job Description:
- must have a passion in customer service
- able to work on shifts, weekends and Public Holiday
- must have a strong Personality and communication Skills
- Can speak English and Mandarin
- Report all guest feedback to the management for appropriate action if needed.
- Must have a Customer Service working Experience
- Must have a good relation with customer or client.
- willing to work 6 days per week (8hrs per day)
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Management
