As a leading real estate developer, the clients have over 70 billion assets under their management. They are currently looking to expand the team in search for , Investment & Asset Management Manager
The Role
This position will support in portfolio management and fund management, as well as pursuing and evaluating business opportunities, formulating potential exit strategy and execution of asset management strategies and plans for the real estate portfolio.
Job Responsibilities
- Research and analyse on the market, competitor and financial.
- Source and evaluate investment opportunities.
- lead end to end investment transactions including origination, deal deal evaluation and structuring, financial analysis including financial modelling, and preparation of reports to board and investment committee.
- Develop and maintain portfolio analytics dashboards and databases
- Identify gaps related to data, analyse portfolio data trends and provide recommendations for decision making
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business, Real Estate, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in programming or data visualization tools such as Python, R, SQL, PowerBI, VBA will be required.
- Team player with strong communication skills, meticulous, numeric, ability to handle large dataset and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
OTHER INFORMATION:
- Location: South
- Working hours: Monday – Friday, Office Hours
- Salary: up to S$11,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
