The Role
The Assistant Finance Manager is responsible for the financial reporting and financial processes of the entities in the region.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure that the financial information is reported accurately for the monthly closing of the local entities and for the group consolidation.
• Cash flow and cash forecast
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Provide support for the month-end closing activities, internal controls, statutory audits, tax audit and drive process improvements.
• Provide support for the vendor onboarding process
• Manage the outsource service providers.
Key Requirements
• Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the retail industry.
• Experience with SAP ERP system
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
• Articulate, with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous and able to work independently.
• Able to work in a stressful environment and deal with complexities.
