Job Descriptions
- Take guest orders and serve food and beverage to guests according to SOPs
- Ensure high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the work area
- Perform basic cashiering duties as required
- Assist the supervisor to ensure careful management of stocks and inventory as per allocated duties
- Ensure general upkeep of the restaurant and report to superiors as required for follow up
- Carry out opening duties for the service preparation and closing duties as required and assigned
- Ensure all table set up and service is carried out as per the operating procedures
- To build excellent rapport with the guests
