Role & Responsibility
1. Provide technical support to helpdesk case escalations / cases
2. Provide troubleshooting and technical support via phone, web based tools and email.
3. Tracking and monitoring the progress of all related requests till completion
4. Messaging log tracking & troubleshooting
5. Perform basic system administration and process standard service request
6. Perform daily operational procedures on systems including routine check of system availability
as well as utilization
7. Provide end user computing support
