Working Days : Monday – Saturday(Alternate)
Working Timing : 8:00am to 5:00pm
*24/7 have to be on standby (esp dealing with customers and distributors)
JOB RESPONSIBILITES
• Leading the Sales & Marketing in Singapore
• Develop and implements sales & marketing strategies in order to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
• Plan, manage and maintain regular contact with new and existing client on their requirements & problems and offer solutions deals, respond to enquiries and submit a quotation in a timely manner to achieve sales target of company products
• Prepare monthly sales report showing sales volume and forecast report inclusive of on-going, negotiating and tender projects.
• Hold regular management meeting and logs the minutes.
• Responsible for performance evaluations of sales staff and oversees their daily actives.
• Expand and business development new market regions & clientele
• Demonstrate and present new products to new and existing client
• To in-charge and maintain the Risk Management for Sales Operations.
• To act as Representative and maintain Company ISO system, liaise with the ISO auditors.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Director from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum Diploma or Degree with at least 3 to 5 years of related working experience in sales
• Must possess own car and a valid class 3 driving license
• Possess good interpersonal & communication skills with different levels of people
• Required Skill(s): sales, Specification, sales driven, independent, motivated leader
• Bilingual in English & Chinese, Malay will be an advantage to liaise with Chinese and Malay speaking counterparts
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, PPT) is preferred
• Able to travel overseas if needed
• Able to work overtime / on weekend to provide events support
• Able to start immediately / as soon as possible
