We are Gaia Animal Hospital, a team of experienced veterinarians hunting down like-minded colleagues to join us.
We have established ourselves in our respective communities and pride ourselves in the evidence based veterinary medicine that we provide with compassion. Our team is expanding and we are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to support our 2 clinics and e-commerce arm.
This is a position that will have 40 hours work week scheduled and we are flexible enough to help you have the family time you need.
Your responsibilities will include
- Managing company websites and ensure that they are updated
- Daily packing and preparation of external orders
- Support company external events
- Manage & organise company internal events (e.g. quarterly team bonding, CPE events, festivities)
- Inventory management
- Manage social media accounts
- Support Finance & HR Executive’s administrative duties that will involve data entry and preparation of contracts & other documents.
