Our client is an international reputable developer who is actively developing projects in Asia. Their Asia regional HQ is in Singapore. Currently they are looking for an Assistant Project Manager for on-going and new building projects.
about the job
- Work with in-house design & construction management team and report to the senior management team.
- Assist the Project Manager in assigned project(s) and be responsible for cost, delivery, quality, safety and environmental matters.
- Assist the Project Manager to manage consultants, contractors, vendors based on the various needs of the assigned project(s)
- Work with management on ad-hoc assignments such as feasibility study, due diligence check, direct procurement, maintenance study, R&D activities etc.
skills & experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Architecture, C&S or M&E Engineering, Construction Management or relevant field.
- About 5 years’ hands-on experience with Asset Enhancement Initiative (AEI), New Build and D&B projects either in consultancy/developer.
- Keen interest in sustainability within the built environment and familiar with prevailing BCA Green Mark / LEED requirements
- Familiar with SIA and REDAS form of contracts and Collaborative Contracting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Project Management software
- Preferable to have experience in developing/implementing BIM standards, protocols, workflows and establishing BIM execution plan
