Job Description:
- Conduct regular, in-depth analyses of our company's policies and processes to identify strategic opportunities and areas of improvement.
- Analyzing and reformulating existing and promising business contracts to maximize turnover.
- Provide input on trends and set targets for execution to achieve strategic goals.
- Providing short and long-term actionable plans in consultation with the Directors.
- Provide training and input on techniques to support the successful execution of business strategies.
- Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in business strategy and management.
- Proficient in Chinese, conversational and business.
- Ability to draft, decipher and negotiate business contracts.
- Exceptional understanding of contemporary market trends.
- Solid business acumen supplemented with decisiveness.
- Capacity to build rapport and motivate staff to ensure alignment with visions.
- Communicative, versatile, and strategic with exceptional integrity.
