Working hours: 6 Days Work Week -10hrs/day (2hrs break in between)
Salary up to $6000-$8000
Experience: Prior experience as Senior/ Restaurant Manager in Chinese restaurant
- Oversee overall day-to-day operations in the Dining Hall area, Pantry and Stewarding sections
- Handle customer feedback calmly, professionally and efficiently at all times, resolving any disputes and recovering service effectively
- Manage restaurant inventory levels, handling purchasing of necessary items when necessary
