The Opportunity
- Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy: This includes analyzing stakeholder needs, assessing change readiness, defining key communication channels, and developing tailored interventions to address resistance and promote adoption.
- Lead the development and execution of communication plans: Create clear, concise, and compelling messages about the digital transformation initiative, ensuring consistent communication across all levels of the organization.
- Facilitate training and workshops: Design and deliver engaging training programs and workshops to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to use the new technology and processes effectively.
- Manage stakeholder engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments, actively listen to their concerns, and address their needs throughout the change process.
- Measure and track progress: Develop and implement metrics to track the success of the change management initiative, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous learning.
- Champion and advocate for change: Foster a positive and open environment for change within the organization, inspiring employees to embrace new opportunities and remain motivated throughout the transformation journey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with IT, business departments, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless integration of change management activities with the overall digital transformation project.
Your Background
- Experience in change management, with proven success in leading large-scale organizational transformations, in particular through the use of communications
- Understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in financial services and global corporations are a plus.
