Job Summary
Supervise construction & architecture related works, maintain building quality control and ensure works are carried out in accordance to specification, drawings, instruction etc.
Supervision of the construction of the structural works under the Building Control Act and to render all assistance as may be required by the consultant.
Familiar with PPVC Construction would be advantage
To carry out all duties required of a RTO under the BCA regulation

Well-versed in Local (Singapore) Regulatory Requirements i.e Approved Document, Accessibility Code, FSSD requirement
Well-versed in Technical Detailing and Drawing

Job Role Requirements
Min. 2-3 years' local (Singapore) experience as a C&S/Architectural RTO
Possess a valid RTO certificate
Experience in HDB BTO projects
Registered with IES/ACES
Good command of Autocad/IT Knowledge
Able to work independently and positive work attitude
Ability to follow up tasks & meet dateline pressure
Sense of responsibility
