Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with prospective businesses regarding their office fitting-out plans through cold calling.
- Explore new business opportunities by establishing relationships with real estate agents, building managements, etc.
- Oversee client accounts concerning their office fitting-out needs, coordinating with a team of designers, quantity surveyors, and project managers to secure contracts.
Requirement:
- Hold a Diploma or Bachelor degree in any field
- Possess 3 to 5 years of prior business development experience in a related industry.
- Previous experience in commercial office settings, interior design firms, or office furniture is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing business accounts.
- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving objectives.
- This role is based in Singapore.
