Responsibilities:
- Prepare & collate housekeeping data
- Upkeep tracking indicators of various internal records
- Generate reports (routine work, weekly & monthly, ad-hoc basis) and provide routine updates as needed
- Prepare presentation to the management & clients
- Upkeep housekeeping records in archive (sharepoint & hardcopy)
- Any other ad-hoc job as assigned by Resident Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in relevant course of study
- 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, powerpoint etc)
- Able to work independently and perform well as a team player
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- 5.5days or 5days
- Workplace: Airport terminal
