Job Description
Main Responsibilities
-Report to the Congee Chef 1
-Assist the preparation of menu-items for the Congee section
-Deputisein the absence of the Congee Chef 1
-e- procurement of ingredients and update GRN
-Maintain quality control for all products including monitoring freshness of product
-Ensure the consistency and the quality of food served in the restaurant
-Clean and sanitize work stations and equipment
-Assist in managing discipline, cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area
-Participate in checking of all purchased supplies for quality and account for each delivered item
-Assist in bi-monthly stock take and monitoring stock level
-Adhere to hygiene and safety standards
-Adhere to company’s standard operating procedures
-Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
-Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar restaurant concept for Congee Chef 2 (Grade 3)
-Minimum 1years of experience in a similar restaurant concept for Congee Chef 3(Grade 1)
-Proficient with Congee specialities
-Strict sense of hygiene and safety standards
