Job Responsibility
- Well-versed in mass production management systems - material. rationalization, production optimisation, and quality management.
- Able to generate productivity & costing reports for management review of line performance.
- Lead and drive productivity and environmental improvement projects.
- Able to delegate, monitor, discipline, train, and coach subordinates effectively.
- Familiar with electro-mechanical assembly in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to handle audits by customers and/or certification bodies.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronic or Mechatronics.
- Minimum 5 years of related working experience in Production Assembly Work and Operations etc.
- Mandatory knowledge in ISO9000, ISO14000 and IATF requirements.
- Demonstrate strong leadership in managing/supervising manpower.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to work with tight deadlines.
