· Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing the building's M&E System such as Air-con, Fire Protection, BMS, Access Control, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary System.
· Carrying out daily inspection, conduct routine and preventive maintenance.
· Attend to complaints, feedback and service repair requests from tenants.
· Attend to equipment breakdown and emergency response.
· Report on breakdowns and defects, record inventories, system operating conditions etc.
· Undertake ad-hoc project that may be assigned.
Requirements:
· Min Nitec in Facility Technology (Mechanical and Electrical Services) or Facilities Management
· Min 3 years of technical working experience in M&E building services
· Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Able to communicate with people of all levels and be a team player.
5.25-day work week (Alt Sat), 2 shifts (morning/afternoon)
