- To conduct project feasibility studies, market research and make presentations on development concepts and preliminary programmes;
- To plan, oversee, coordinate and manage Project Consultants, Main contractors, Sub-contractors and others to complete development projects with a great sense of responsibility and within the stipulated timelines;
- To prepare and manage project schedule and budgets, expenses and control of property development projects from preliminary stage to project completion;
- To assist in the selection of contractors and suppliers for projects and evaluate tenders;
- To monitor the work progresses and operations including quality control, safety issues and etc;
- To liaise with relevant authorities/agencies in resolving project development and technical issues;
- To perform defects management and coordinate with Project Team/Main contracts on defects rectifications works during Defect Liability Period;
- To conduct pre-inspection of completed units before TOP/handing over units to purchasers;
- To handle incoming calls and attend to customer enquiries/complaints/feedbacks;
- To ensure defects rectification works and installations are attended to properly;
- To ensure all systems and processes are in compliance with regulatory requirements;
- To manage project close-out activities;
- To attend to other job related or ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil / Construction Management / Building / Real Estate Management/ Structural / M&E Engineering;
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in Singapore residential/commercial/ Industrial project;
- Knowledgeable in MS Office, MS Project & AutoCAD;
- Knowledgeable in structural works;
- Able to work independent with minimum supervision and with excellent; interpersonal, communication and writing skills;
- With Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and with the ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
