We are looking for a service-oriented, analytical, organized, empathic Senior Service Support Executive who will work closely with the Global team members to provide support solutions to ensure day-to-day smooth business operation.
To succeed as a Senior Service Support Executive, you should be coming along with a growth mindset with strong interpersonal skillset and independency. You should be knowledgeable, collaborative, and motivated.
In short, what you will do
- Provide support within the organisation and responsible for handling queries and providing helpful information in a timely and accurate way
- Responsible for classifying, reviewing, and processing the data
- Perform a data comparison and identify the missing gap and rectify it
- Analyse the data and report the identified gap
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
What you need to bring along
- Diploma in a related field with experience in Customer Service and/or Administrative Support role
- Must be proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
- Must be comfortable performing in rotating shifts
- An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical and multitasking skills with the ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a fast-paced agile team
- Ability to speak Mandarin and English fluently in order to communicate with global colleagues and stakeholders
