In Singapore we have a 8,400 sq foot office in down town are with over 30 staff. This person will maintain a high standard of cleanliness to provide a safe and hygienic workplace.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for basic office maintenance and staff & guest experience
- Maintain overall cleanliness and tidiness of the office, including floors, furniture, and surfaces
- Handle daily cleaning tasks such as but not limited to sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning of windows, glass surfaces, mirrors, and counters
- Ensure proper disposal of trash and separation of recyclables
- Clean and sanitize kitchen and bathroom areas, including sinks, basins, showers, and toilets.
- Set up a daily breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea counter, beverage preparation and perform post-service clean up, including washing dishes and utensils after meals
- Maintain cleanliness of the pantry area at all times and ensure that pantry offerings and storage adhere to Food Safety Guidelines
- Execute small projects, monitor minor works, relocations and alterations to meet with core activities
- Assist in organizing and set up both in-house and external events
What are we looking for?
We seek responsible applicants who meet the following criteria:
- Experience in facilities management in industries such as high-end hotels other hospitality-based industries
- Must have had prior experience working in Financial Services company with good command of English
- Must have prior Barista experience
- Attention to detail, friendly and helpful demeanor to align with the company values and culture
- Oganisational skills with experience of delivering projects
- Confident and outgoing personality
- Proactive and able to work under pressure
