Responsibilities
- Corporate recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits matters
- Process of claims such as medical, public transport, hp reimbursement etc
- Single point for administering HR and Leave system
- Process payroll accurately using InfoTech Payroll
- Manage government-paid leave submissions
- Consolidate Payroll data and submit IR8A and IR21 for departing foreign employees
- Manages renewal for FWMI & WICA, handles loss adjustors and liaises with hospital to get documentation on insurance matters and claims
- Ensure legal compliance and assist in ISO audit requirements and documentation preparations etc. ISO 9k,14k,45k, BizSAFE star certification renewal, GGBS yearly audit
- Manages eBACs company meets legal requirements to maintain workheads and grades CW02 – B1, GB1
- Experience in apply /renewal /cancellation of work permit, S Pass & EP including workers' repatriation MOM portal
- Prepare Employment Contract for part-time and full-time
- Handles matters related to general worker such as dormitory arrangement, update residential address via MOM OFWAS system, CSOC, PWCSO, BCSS, Coretrade, REO and RES card, levy waiver, medical checkup for new hire and monthly renewal workers
- Submission of Government Claims such as maternity leave, childcare leave
- Manages company annual appraisal for staff and workers
