  • Chopper is responsible for matching the ingredients of all kinds of dishes and engraving to ensure the basic ingredients of the dishes and guarantee the quality of the products under the supervision of head chef. 在主厨的领导下负责切配各式菜肴及刻花保证菜品基础原料的标准供应,保证出品质量。
  • Responsible for cutting all kinds of ingredients and matching of ingredients for various dishes. Prepare the ingredients based on the number of pax. 负责切配各种配料,并配合各类菜肴的原料,同时还要准备、加工、切配日常供应的烹调原料。
  • Responsible for training employees and familiar and know the food and hygiene policies. 负责对员工的培训,懂得食品卫生法。
  • Collect guest suggestions for dishes, constantly improve the taste of the dishes, the quality of the dishes. 收集客人对菜品的建议,不断改进菜品口味,菜品质量。
  • Implement the hygiene of the kitchen, ensure food hygiene, personal hygiene of employees, and environmental sanitation. Check whether the employees work accordingly to the operation specifications of the hygiene protocols. 落实厨房的卫生情况,保证食品卫生,员工个人卫生,环境卫生。检查下属员工是否按照操作规范工作,把好卫生质量关。
  • Check the operation of facilities and equipment, the use of kitchen utensils, and be responsible for the safety of facilities and equipment. 检查设施设备的运转情况,厨房用具的使用情况,并负责设施设备安全。
  • Complete other work arrangements assigned by the head chef. 完成主管安排的其他工作
