Contract period : Immediate – 11months
Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
Fridays : 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Saturdays : Day Off
Lunch : 1 hour
Position : Executive (Temporary) - Human Resource Department - Corporate Development Division
Job scope:
1. Housekeeping of records for digitization
2. Archival, verifications, and disposal of records
3. Data cleaning, standardisation for existing data, verify the accuracy of data,
4. Any other duties as may be required
Qualifications
1. ‘O’ level / ‘A’ level / Diploma
The offered salary rate of $10/hour - $14.20/hour depending on qualification and relevant working experience.
Requirements
1. Good organizational skills and attention to detail
2. Comfortable working with large amount of data
3. Proficient in MS Office applications, in particular MS Excel and MS Power Point
4. Able to work independently.
