- Provides sales & coordination support to the team and operations
- Work as a team to achieve sales objectives and standards
- Handle all aspects of sales enquiries, order processing, delivery orders and invoices
- Arrange and liaise with delivery agents/ warehouse
- Assist and manage the retail outlet in charge in the day to day operations and stock
- Attend to customers E.g walk-in, phone, email or fax enquiries/ issues/ feedbacks
- To service existing and new accounts and ensure customers’ satisfaction
- Analyze sales & inventory statistics to maximize profit
- Upkeep and maintain customers’ database
- Maintain stockroom tidiness and, upkeep store image, and perform visual merchandising to attract customers
- To plan the weekly manpower schedule
- Perform cashiering duties, including daily opening and closing of accounts and point-of-sales
- Routine stock-keeping and book-keeping activities, such as stock-take
- Manage and ensure accurate physical and system inventory figures
- Perform transactions on inventory management and point-of-sales systems
- Provide support and coordination for e-commerce sales, operations, and marketing
- Handle fulfilment of all online orders
- Generate monthly sales and other reports for submission to management
- Any other duties that may be assigned when required.
