Education Requirements
At Least 3 GCE 'N' Level passes or equivalent, with a pass in English Language
Able to work using MS Words and MS Excel
Candidate with Early Childhood Knowledge will be an advantage.
Job Descriptions
Assist the Centre Principal and Director in the following areas:
Account Matters:
1. Verification and follow up with parents on the month fees collection and other adhoc incidental fees/charges such as insurance, mattresses, field trips etc.
2. Verification, consolidation of petty cash claim by staff.
3. Verification of invoices and create payment in company's OCBC/DBS accounts.
4. Other adhoc account matters
Admin Matters:
1. Manage enrolment of children in the ECDA CMS
2. Communication with parents via Little Lives
3. Other enrolment matters and following up with parents
4. To answer to phone calls and enquiries during the absence of the Principal
5. Assist Principal in the filing of documents
6. Check and verify students enrolment details, fees deposits, payments and follow up with parents if necessary
7. Assist Principal to consolidate documents for periodic audits.
8. Other Adhoc admin matters, such as creation of inventory of teaching resources, etc as required by the Principal
