Create a secure and quality learning environment for children through fostering
meaningful relationships with them. Supports the holistic development of
children by implementing a developmentally and culturally appropriate curricula, and nurturing trusting and respectful relationships with children.
Build partnerships with parents and families, and actively engages in Centre
initiatives to support its collaborative efforts with the community. Participate in
professional development and service quality improvement activities.
Key responsibilities
- Implement develop mentally appropriate teaching, learning and caregiving activities aligned to Centre curricula frameworks.
- Collaborate with families to ensure continuity of care and learning between home and centre.
- Execute collaborative projects with families and community stakeholders.
- Provide caregiving in accordance with standards and procedures

Requirements
- Diploma in Early Childhood Development & Education (L2 Certified)
- Min 5 years experience in preschool education
