Our Client is the world's largest Furniture Manufacturer.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct and manage full set of accounting, budget control, analysis of cash flow, revenue & expenditures.
- Oversee the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.
- Cashflow management and projection; to ensure positive cash flow movement.
- Responsible for budgeting and forecast activities, as well as monthly management and financial reporting duties.
- Analyzing financial data and creating reports for management and stakeholders.
- Provide reliable, accurate and timely financial information to the Management.
- Handle tax responsibilities and audit matters.
- Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as needed.
- Statutory reporting - liaise with auditors and government bodies.
- Ensures full compliance with accepted accounting principles, accounting policies and procedures, balance sheet reviews and internal controls processes.
- Hiring, training, and motivating accounting staff members while supervising and delegating department tasks.
Requirement:
- Minimum 4 years of financial management experience
- Experience in using SAP systems is mandatory.
- Understand the relevant financial laws and regulations of Vietnam (a plus point)
- Familiar with using spreadsheets and PowerPoint.
- Audit experience is preferred.
