For this role, we're looking for a driven Sales Support Executive, whom has the passion to serve and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Sales Support Executive

Job Description

  • Reply sales inquiries & process orders. (there's no need to source for sales.)
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers on the accounts that were assigned.
  • To handle telephone calls, emails, supports visitors,schedules meetings
  • Provide product information and pricing to customers, and answer their questions and concerns.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet their requirements.
  • Close sales and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and optimize sales performance.
  • Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to improve sales performance.
  • Processing and fulfilling orders accurately and timely according to established policies and procedures.
  • Follow up with client & suppliers on payments & invoices.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties when required

Job Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • Capable of effective communication with counterparts in Southeast Asia.
  • Comfortable with client-facing activities such as in-person meetings, phone calls, and emails.
  • Able to thrive in a lively and fun team setting.
  • Able to work efficiently/independently and deliver quality results under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
