Job Responsibilities :
- Handle full spectrum of accounting duties, including Accounts Payable, Account Receivables and General Ledger functions
- Cash management including cashflow planning and bank reconciliation
- Support month end closing activities
- Ensure all monthly processes and requirement are completed in an accurate and timely manner
- Prepare balance sheet schedule and balance sheet reconciliation
- Produce all regulatory reporting including GST and ensure accurate and timely submission
- Support and follow through process improvement initiative to improve efficiencies including implementation of new project
- Assist HOD to roll out new procedures and policies and ensure compliance are in place for internal and statutory requirements
- Support the internal/ external regulatory audit & tax requirements
