Job Description
- Provide full support to the Project Management Team.
- Be responsible for the planning and coordination of the project with internal and external customers.
- Monitor, track, and provide timely project progress reports to the management.
- Ensure smooth processing and execution of related task through proper and timely coordination with internal and external parties, suppliers and the authority.
- On-site audit whenever required.
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned.
Requirements
- Preferably experiences in Project Planning and Coordination
- Proficient in AutoCAD will be advantageous.
- Meticulous, good interpersonal and communications skills
- Has sense of urgency and able to produce quality work within tight timelines
- Highly adaptable and receptive to changes, with high level of independence and initiative.
- Good personality with good integrity and a strong sense of responsibility
- Preferably able to start work immediately or at short notice.
