Job Responsibilities:
- Co-ordination duties
- Filing, keying data, process delivery orders and invoices
- Assist in answering phone calls
- Update inventory on daily basis
- Conduct stock take
- Perform any other administrative work as and when required
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘A’ Level
- Have good computer skills, competent in Microsoft office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Positive mindset & willingly to learn
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin (to communicate with associates and clients)
