Administrator (Lifestyle Consumer Products Division)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordination duties
  • Filing, keying data, process delivery orders and invoices
  • Assist in answering phone calls
  • Update inventory on daily basis
  • Conduct stock take
  • Perform any other administrative work as and when required

Requirements:

  • Minimum ‘A’ Level
  • Have good computer skills, competent in Microsoft office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Positive mindset & willingly to learn
  • Able to converse in English and Mandarin (to communicate with associates and clients)

Others:

  • Working location : Gul Avenue
  • Mon – Fri : 8.00am – 5.00pm
