Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Handles full set of Accounts
  • Generate invoices & statements of accounts
  • Processing of suppliers’ invoices
  • Prepare daily cash reporting
  • Follow up debtor collection and update collection
  • Organize and maintain all files and records according to company's policies and procedures
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation
  • Other ad-hoc duties when required
