We are a commodities trading company located in Tanjong Pagar. We are Looking to hire an Admin and Office Documentation Delivery Assistant with the following responsibilities:
Looking for Office Assistant with Motorcyle and Licence for Office and Document Delivery Work.
- Going to various banks / ship agents in and around CBD or across singapore for document collection / delivery /
switching of BLs if needed, at times there may be multiple trips in a day using motorcycle.
- Handling incoming letters / outgoing letters and coordination with various courier companies
- Attending phonecalls
- Printing, Fax, Scan
- Maintaining filing / documentation in office
- General Office Admin Work, Inventory Management Of consumables, Coffee Tea, Water, in office
- Managing Payments to vendors and courier companies
