Responsibilities:
- Coordination of project work to ensure successful completion as well as hand over to the clients.
- Plan and discuss with sub-contractors on project execution and implementation.
- Manage and supervise project works and ensure that the project runs smoothly.
- Attend to clients / residents’ feedbacks and complaints.
- Oversee all workers, sub-contractors, and vendors to ensure proper work execution and good workmanship.
- Organize and attend project site meetings.
- Track work progress and submit progress report to ensure that projects are executed on time and within budget.
- Ensure that the safety procedures, requirements, rules and regulations are met.
- Coordinate with the operation department for materials delivery and schedule.
- Other project tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Facility Management/Building Services, Property, Estate Management, or relevant discipline.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in related field is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Outlook, Words, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Able to handle pressure and work with tight deadlines.
